Chef Kevin Lasko brings an impressive culinary background, having honed his skills in some of New York City’s most renowned kitchens, including Mercer Kitchen by Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Montrachet under Drew Neiporent. Prior to relocating to Pittsfield, Vermont, he served as the Executive Chef at Park Avenue Seasons, a distinguished New American restaurant on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, for a decade.

Katie Stiles, a true visionary, excels at turning concepts into reality. Collaborating closely with clients, she brings their event visions to life. Whether crafting personalized cocktails for newlyweds or curating the perfect Vermont-themed welcome gifts, Katie’s specialized knowledge and expertise contribute to Vermont Farms Catering’s ability to create enduring memories for our guests.
